Partnership Scope
Access follows agreement and implementation.
Commercial terms and platform access are established around the intended program, audience, staff roles, participant volume, enabled workflows, information boundaries, implementation needs, and support responsibilities.

03
Agreement
The parties establish written terms, approved use, commercial terms, and implementation expectations.

Groundwork. prepares the agreed experience and works with the organization to orient its team.
05
Authorized access
Approved staff receive role-appropriate access within their organization and program scope.

Terms are partnership-specific. Participant access is issued only through authorized organizational invitations. Final scope, fees, term, implementation, and support expectations are documented in the applicable agreement.
Institutional Due Diligence
Qualified information, not a readiness certification.
Groundwork. can discuss its implemented controls, privacy practices, provider infrastructure, roadmap, and applicable contractual materials during due diligence. Groundwork. does not represent that it is certified or approved by NCUA or that it satisfies every institution's third-party requirements. Each organization remains responsible for its own review.

Frequently asked questions
How are partnership terms established?▾
We begin with a conversation about your organization, program, team, participants, and goals. Fit, approved scope, responsibilities, workflows, implementation, commercial terms, and support expectations are documented before access is issued.
Who receives access?▾
Approved staff receive role-appropriate access after agreement and implementation. Entrepreneurs participate through authorized invitations connected to the organization supporting them and the applicable consent flow.
How does Groundwork. use AI?▾
Current AI-assisted coaching provides concise suggestions based on participant entries, and the business-plan feature can create draft narrative from module information. Participants should review, correct, and refine all output. Document intelligence and expanded extraction remain roadmap concepts unless expressly implemented and enabled under a future approved scope.
Can our team preview the platform?▾
Yes. The illustrative preview uses fictional profiles and includes concepts that may not be available in production. It does not create an account or provide immediate platform access.
Is Groundwork. certified or approved by NCUA?▾
No. Groundwork. does not claim NCUA certification or approval. We can discuss implemented controls and provide applicable due-diligence information, while each institution remains responsible for evaluating Groundwork. against its own requirements.
