Groundwork. supports mission-driven organizations as they help entrepreneurs organize readiness information and prepare for stronger capital conversations. Access begins through partnership, approved scope, implementation, and authorized invitation.
Community lenders and business-support organizations invest time and judgment in helping entrepreneurs prepare for capital. Groundwork. provides a structured environment for that work without replacing the people, policies, or decisions that make each program effective.
Groundwork. is not a public self-service signup product. Each organization relationship defines the intended program, responsibilities, workflows, information boundaries, and support model before access is issued.
Invited participants can organize their own business information and complete structured readiness activities designed to support more productive conversations with counselors and lenders.
Within an approved organization context, permitted staff can support participant readiness without taking ownership of participant information or replacing lender judgment.
Some workflows are available only when enabled for a particular organization and program. Availability does not grant unrestricted access or change the responsibilities of the participant, organization, or lender.
Availability, scope, timing, controls, and institutional responsibilities for these concepts would be established through future partnership and implementation decisions.
Groundwork. supports preparation and approved relationships. It does not independently verify all participant-provided information, underwrite loans, recommend credit, make credit decisions, approve or deny applications, price loans, or replace lender due diligence.
Groundwork. is founder-led by Jerome Emanuel, a former Chief Lending Officer and Business Development Director whose experience spans community lending, small-business development, institutional operations, entrepreneurship, and software development.
The preview uses fictional profiles and may include roadmap concepts that are not currently available in production. It does not create an account or provide immediate platform access.
